CEO - Andrew Ginsburg
Andrew is a graduate of Arizona State University, where he received a dual degree in Business Management and Urban Planning & Design. Andrew completed his Masters Degree in Real Estate Finance at Cornell University in 2001. Over the past eight years, he has worked for some of the largest real estate development companies in the Country, including Toll Brother’s and The Related Group.
He has held positions such as Project Manager, Director of Development, and most recently, as the Regional Vice President of a national multi-family management and investment company. He has played a role in the development of over 5,000 single and multi-family units in South Florida and has managed 1,300 multi-family units and over 6.5 million square feet of commercial, industrial and retail properties.
Andrew has recently joined forces with his father’s family owned and operated Property Management Company, Down East Management Group, where he will capitalize on his years of experience and help grow the family business.
Andrew lives in Miami Beach, FL and is a both long-time resident of Miami; he and his wife, Kimberly are active members of charitable and philanthropic organizations. Andrew enjoys outdoor activities, including boating, diving, fishing, golfing, bike riding and skiing in the winter months. He was an accomplished high-school and collegiate lacrosse player, and has been active in local youth groups and programs encouraging the next generation of athletes to “pick-up the stick and get active”.

President - Laurence Ginsburg
Laurence Ginsburg is a graduate of Boston University with a BS degree in Business Administration . He has participated in Harvard Business School business extension programs for small business development, as well as having completed a civil engineering small business program at M.I.T.
Since 1980, Larry has been involved in the development of three country club communities in Florida and Massachusettes with over 3,000 single family homes being build on the grounds. Additionally, he has owned and developed five management companies with operations in Boca Raton, FL., Key West, FL, Aspen, CO, Boston, Mass and Jupiter, FL.
Larry also held a position as vice-president with one of the largest management companies in Florida for 4 years after coming out of retirement. His skills range from commercial management, residential as well as medical condo complex which now is his main focus. His expertise is far ranging from budget preparation to construction management.
